Our Little Lives course is designed by Emergency Paramedics. It will empower parents with the knowledge to manage the most common childhood illnesses, accidents and injuries. Our trainers have years of experience in the emergency service field and are mums themselves.

Louise is mum of two and owner of Strong Mums, a fitness group and community that focuses on helping mums become stronger from the inside out. Louise believes that once postnatal, always postnatal so whether it’s been 6 weeks or 6 years since you had a baby, you can still address pregnancy and birth related injuries like abdominal separation or pelvic floor dysfunction.

With a background in clinical and research psychology, Louise has now combined her passion for movement with her mental health expertise and has created the Body Resilience Mum Project- an online course to help mums build a bulletproof body image. Louise’s passion is helping mums to feel more confident in what their body can do and worry less about what it looks like.

5 Star Swim School are the leading aquatic education facilities on the Central Coast, our award winning program is nationally recognised. We specialise in swimming lessons for babies through to Australian Champions. Our Babies program has been developed over 30 years with currently over 1000 babies learning to swim with us each week! Our goal is to create a happy and safe learning environment so all our little swimmers can thrive and develop a life long love of water.

Crysta Pollitt is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Pregnancy Dietitian and the Founder of First Taste Nutrition. She empowers women with personalised nutrition plans for optimal well-being during the first 1000 days – from pre-conception, through pregnancy, postpartum, until around age two.

At NurtureMe we focus on nurturing mums throughout pregnancy and the early months of parenthood. We prepare couples in our Prenatal class for the changes ahead. We offer pregnancy massages with a specially designed tables so mum can lie face down. We run the NurtureMe Baby Massage Program and other Well-Being course to help teach mums how to lower stress and to connect with other like-minded mums.

We offer the Newborn Retreat which gives mums the chance to have some well deserved time out while our grandma baby cuddlers take care of their baby.

In Tune Health Care was established by Katia Schlebusch when she moved to the Central Coast in 2002.
